Role: Lead regional sales operations for Ipsen’s Neuroscience portfolio, focusing on building and executing business plans to meet or exceed sales targets while ensuring compliance.
Responsibilities: manage and develop a team of Neuroscience Specialty Representatives, develop regional strategies, foster key relationships with customers and opinion leaders, analyze market environment, and coordinate with cross-functional teams including Value & Access and Business Operations. Oversee budget and staffing, set performance expectations, coach team members, and ensure adherence to regulatory and promotional policies. Responsibilities also include developing local opinion leader relationships, providing market intelligence, and leveraging clinical information for customer engagement.
Requirements: BA/BS degree (advanced degree a plus), 8+ years biopharma sales experience with at least 3 years in sales leadership within neuroscience, experience with injectable medications, and knowledge of payer landscape, reimbursement, and access strategies. Experience with specialty pharmacy and managed care preferred. Travel as needed. High-value specifics: focus on neuroscience products, including injectables, with a strong understanding of payer dynamics, formulary negotiations, and health system relationships. Preferred experience in migraine or toxin therapeutic markets.
