Job summary

Ipsen is seeking a Lead Regional Sales professional to drive their Neuroscience portfolio in the Denver region. You will lead a team of Neuroscience Specialty Representatives, align regional plans with national strategies, and build strong relationships with key opinion leaders and accounts to grow market share.

You will analyze market dynamics, optimize resource deployment, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while collaborating with Value & Access teams to define market access

Qualifications

• BA/BS required with 8+ years biopharma sales experience including 3+ years in neuroscience leadership.
• Deep understanding of injectable medications, payer landscape, reimbursement and specialty pharmacy pathways.
• Experience with managed care and key account management.
