Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a Lead Regional Sales Operations Director focused on Neuroscience to guide team management, strategic planning, and sales performance across the Dallas region.

You will recruit and develop Neuroscience Specialty Representatives, build payer relationships, analyze market dynamics, and align regional initiatives with national strategies while ensuring regulatory compliance and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 8+ years biopharma sales experience.
• 3+ years in Neuroscience sales leadership.
• Experience with injectable therapies, payer landscape, reimbursement, and Managed Care.
• Strong stakeholder relationship skills.
