Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a regional sales professional to drive IPS product sales across the region, build distributor networks, and deliver technical solutions in collaboration with engineering teams.

The role requires a bachelor’s in mechanical or related engineering, 5+ years in power transmission sales or technical service, and strong English communication. Frequent travel is expected with a proactive, self-motivated mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in mechanical or engineering related subjects.
• 5+ years of sales/technical service experience in power transmission industry; bearings/gearmotor familiarity is a plus.
• Able to provide professional sales and technical solutions.
• Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PPT).
• Fluent in English; strong verbal and written communication preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to understand market demand and promote products, coordinating quotations and solutions to win orders.
• Develop and maintain distributors or business partners to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain contact with manufacturers, design institutes and end users to provide technical solutions.
• Visit end users and institutes to secure maintenance spare parts orders.
• Provide technical support and maintain relationships for Regal products.
• Follow up sales orders to ensure on-time delivery and high quality.
• Provide payment information to ensure on-time payment.
• Perform other assignments from manager.
