Job summary

BluSky is seeking a Business Development Manager to generate new business opportunities in the restoration services market. You will develop a sales strategy and build a strong book of business through relationship selling with prospects and partners.

You will travel within the assigned region, attend trade events, and collaborate with the sales team to present proposals and close deals. The role includes base salary plus commission and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside sales experience; restoration industry preferred.
• Must be able to attend networking functions in the evenings and weekends.
• Experience inputting and tracking sales activities into a CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce).
• Valid driver's license required.
• Outgoing, driven, tenacious, team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Nurture and expand existing relationships to increase lead generation and average job size.
• Locate, present to, and sell BluSky to new prospects.
• Maintain membership and involvement in targeted associations and leadership positions.
• Support BluSky sales efforts by following the established sales process.
• Meet or exceed conversion rates and build a strong book of business.
