Job summary

BluSky Restoration Contractors is seeking a Regional Business Development Manager - Commercial Insurance to drive new business through strategic relationships and targeted networking.

You will manage inside and outside sales, build partnerships, and execute Salesforce-driven plans to hit annual targets. Occasional travel and a focus split of 75% region/25% outside region are expected as you grow BluSky's footprint.

Qualifications

• 3+ years Business Development experience preferred.
• Must be able to attend networking functions 2-4 evenings a week.
• Intermediate level Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience inputting and tracking sales-related data into a CRM system.
• Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
• An outgoing, driven, tenacious, team-oriented attitude is a must!

Responsibilities

• Within assigned region or in any geographic market where our customers are present.
• 75% of time and effort dedicated to the region of responsibility; 25% outside region.
• Identifies, nurtures, and develops new/existing business relationships to increase referral opportunities.
• Locates, presents to, and sells BluSky to new and prospects.
• Works with a defined list of targets managed through Salesforce.
• Maintains membership and involvement in targeted associations.
• Prepares and presents sales proposals.
• Meets sales activity KPIs through clients/prospect meetings, events, and outreach.
• Documents all business development activities in Salesforce daily.
• Achieves yearly individual sales goal.
