Job summary

Martin-Marietta-1798b2fd seeks a Senior Manager, Business Analytics to partner with Corporate and Division leadership, delivering insights, dashboards, and AI-enabled solutions that drive strategic decisions. You will own analytics governance, KPI frameworks, and adoption of data-driven decision making across Finance, Commercial, Operations, and IT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, finance, engineering, accounting, or related STEM field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in business analytics, strategic finance, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing analysts.
• Proficient with BI, visualization, data prep, and data management tools (SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, Snowflake).
• Experience leveraging data analytics to drive business decisions and measurable results.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and governance of enterprise reporting, dashboards, scorecards, and BI solutions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify analytics opportunities and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Develop KPIs, analytical frameworks, and performance measurement methodologies.
• Own analytics products for predictive, prescriptive, forecasting, and AI-enabled use cases.
• Collaborate with Information Systems to improve data accessibility and automation.
• Present findings and recommendations to executives in a clear, actionable manner.
• Lead cross-functional BI initiatives from concept to implementation with measurable impact.
• Ensure governance standards for dashboards and self-service analytics.
