Job summary

Master’s Transportation, Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to own the market for our custom buses and vans, build relationships with transit agencies, school districts, and private fleets, and lead the full sales cycle.

You will represent the company in the Austin region and beyond, manage a robust Salesforce pipeline, and collaborate with the Sales Director to achieve regional growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Requires proven sales experience with a track record of results.
• Ability to prospect, build a strong pipeline, and close deals.
• Experience selling to transit agencies, school districts, or private fleets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Cover assigned region and prospect for new business.
• Manage all sales activities including travel and negotiations.
• Develop relationships with transit agencies, school districts, and private fleet operators.
• Ensure product evaluation, pricing, contracts, fulfillment, and payments per agreement.
• Document all activities in Salesforce and update account status.
• Forecast and track sales in Salesforce and report to DOS.
• Represent Master’s Transportation at trade association meetings.
• Monitor industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
