Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a sales leader to drive safety within the sales organization and participate in shaping the region's growth strategy. You will develop and implement launch plans for new targets and serve as the primary contact with strategic accounts.

You will establish sales targets per specialist and collaborate to create and execute growth plans, leveraging your experience to deliver profitable sales growth across the territory.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of increasing responsibility in a business to business sales-related or sales operations position.
• Prior experience managing a team or comparable experience in gases industry
• A track record of achieving profitable sales growth
• Must have reliable, appropriate transportation
• Ability to analyze a business opportunity and develop a successful sales strategy
• Demonstrated knowledge of business and accounting concepts including P&L statements and ROI
