Job summary

FrankCrum is seeking a full-time Broker Manager to drive sales growth and client retention by recruiting and managing broker relationships across the Arkansas region. This role emphasizes developing new broker partnerships, presenting tailored proposals, and educating brokers about FrankCrum’s product line.

You will train brokers, maintain licenses, manage External Sales Department budgets, and meet monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service, written and verbal communication, and sales experience.
• Knowledge of the PEO structure, cold-calling, prospecting, negotiation, and risk management is preferred.
• Able to work remotely and manage the Arkansas territory.

Responsibilities

• Prospects, develops, and maintains broker relationships regionally to drive profitable sales growth.
• Continuously establishes new agent relationships and expands the broker network.
• Cold calls to generate new business opportunities with brokers, accountants, and CPAs.
