You’ll lead broker networks, shape recruitment campaigns, and coordinate with branding and legal teams to convert opportunities into signed agreements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven franchise sales experience.
• Proven ability to close 20+ deals per year.
• Experience building broker relationships and lead engines.
• CRM proficiency (HubSpot) and data-driven selling approach.

Responsibilities

• Own growth of national footprint by identifying and closing franchise candidates.
• Manage broker networks and consultant relationships as primary lead engine.
• Translate brand story into compelling pitches for candidates.
• Oversee full-cycle sales from first contact to contract signing with legal and admin teams.
• Collaborate with marketing and executives to shape recruitment campaigns.
• Track lead flow and sales activity to optimize approach.
