Advia Credit Union is seeking a Regional Manager in Kalamazoo, MI to lead assigned branches, develop Branch Managers, and drive strategic execution while ensuring exceptional member service. Qualifications

• Five to eight years of similar or related experience.
• Two-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school equivalent to approximately 64 credit hours.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people-management capabilities.
• Proven ability to adhere to regulatory requirements (e.g., BSA, Patriot Act) and maintain high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and develop Branch Managers to ensure strong leadership and operational effectiveness across branches.
• Conduct in-person branch visits to observe operations and provide coaching.
• Evaluate region/branch performance using metrics and provide ongoing mentorship.
• Assist onboarding of new employees to foster cultural alignment and high performance.
• Represent Advia in the community to expand brand recognition and growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategy and service excellence.
• Ensure compliance with laws, policies, and risk-management practices.
