As Branch Manager you will lead operations, coach the team, ensure policy compliance, oversee member services and drive loan growth, new accounts, and referrals while sustaining a high standard of service and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of related experience.
• Two-year college degree or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Displays proficiency in Advia products and services to match member needs.
• Maintains branch operations and service levels with adequate team coverage.
• Represents Advia in the community through events and outreach.
• Coaches and mentors staff; ensures policy and regulatory compliance.
• Aids in regional outreach and volunteer activities; supports growth goals.
• Meets branch production goals including loans and new accounts.
• Complies with laws and internal control requirements.
