Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance is seeking a Branch Executive to foster deep broker partnerships and champion the Global Risk Solutions (GRS) brand across North Carolina, South Carolina and Southern Virginia. You will partner with underwriting leadership to drive a unified One GRS strategy, accelerate profitable growth, and simplify doing business with Liberty across all segments.

Advanced knowledge of Agile development methodologies and experience in business, engineering, technology and/or consulting.
Strong business expertise to set priorities and understand value impacts.
Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to influence diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Understand underwriting appetite and GRS strategy across all segments; articulate in the marketplace.
Cultivate broker relationships to drive profitable growth in your region.
Lead development of broker/client marketing plans and events.
Design cross-sell initiatives aligned with regional growth plans and opportunities.
Prospect and build new broker relationships, identifying new opportunities.
Collaborate with Regional Distribution Executive to support Direct Written Premium, new business, submission, retention, profitability.
Champion One GRS collaboration across teams.
Maintain strong relationships with leadership and underwriting; communicate risks and opportunities to executives.
