Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance is seeking a Branch Executive to lead relationships with key broker partners and champion the Global Risk Solutions brand across North Carolina, South Carolina, and Southern Virginia. You will align underwriting strategy with broker needs, drive profitable growth, and coordinate cross-segment initiatives with leadership across the GRS organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in business, engineering, technology, and/or consulting.
• Advanced knowledge of Agile development methodologies; strong leadership and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Understand GRS underwriting appetite and business strategy across all segments.
• Cultivate broker relationships to drive profitable growth in the region.
• Lead development of broker/client marketing plans and events.
• Design cross-sell initiatives aligned with regional growth plans.
• Prospect new broker relationships and identify new opportunities.
• Partner with leadership to drive Direct Written Premium, new business, submission, retention and profitability.
