Liberty Mutual Insurance in the West Region seeks an Agency Executive (Regional Distribution Manager) to lead broker relationships, drive growth, and represent GRS to key regional agencies. You will collaborate with regional leadership and underwriting to expand renewal books, unlock cross-sell opportunities, and win new business while delivering a best-in-class experience for brokers and their clients.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent with 5+ years in insurance and underwriting.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to interact with all levels of internal and external partners and foster relationships.
• Understanding of P&C and Specialty insurance products with business development/sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with regional brokers to fuel growth.
• Articulate underwriting appetite and business strategy to agents.
• Partner with leaders to craft growth plans across new business and retention.
• Drive cross-sell initiatives across GRS segments.
• Lead meetings and presentations with brokers and internal teams.
• Monitor market trends and adjust strategy.
