Qualifications

• 2+ years brokerage/financial services industry knowledge.
• FINRA Series 7/66 or completion of licenses within 90 days.
• Bachelor’s degree; preferably in Business, Accounting or Finance.
• Ability to travel up to 40% throughout the year.

Responsibilities

• Manage branch office support staff, including compensation, performance, time management, and capacity planning.
• Foster coaching and development to improve advisor satisfaction.
• Contribute to hiring strategy to attract and retain top talent.
• Drive continuous improvement in the branch admin vertical based on advisor needs.
• Liaise between advisors and LPL service/operations to resolve issues.
• Lead staff training programs for skill advancement and career progression.
