Job summary

LPL Financial LLC is seeking an AVP, Regional Administrative Manager to lead branch office support staff and coordinate advisor support across offices. The role involves managing performance, driving development, and collaborating with service and operations to grow a national footprint.

The ideal candidate has brokerage knowledge, FINRA licenses, and strong leadership to optimize staff and processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

2+ years brokerage/financial services industry knowledge.
FINRA Series 7/66 or completion of licenses within 90 days.
2+ years knowledge across W2 and 1099 advisor models.
Ability to travel up to 40% per year.
Bachelor’s degree; preferably in Business, Accounting or Finance.
FINRA Series 24, 9/10.

Responsibilities

Manage branch office support staff, including compensation and performance management.
Foster a culture of coaching, learning, and development for advisor satisfaction.
Develop branch admin hiring strategy to attract onboard and retain talent.
Drive continuous improvement in the branch admin vertical for advisor needs.
Act as liaison between advisors and LPL service and operations; oversee case managers.
Lead staff training programs for skill advancement and career progression.
Partner with the National Branch Manager on admin program design strategy.
