Job summary

American Red Cross seeks a Fixed Site Collections Manager to provide strategic oversight for our Kansas-Oklahoma regional collection sites. You will guide production targets, regulatory compliance, and budget management while leading collection teams.

You will use biomedical knowledge and logistics experience to drive performance, support volunteers, and coordinate with union leadership. Occasional travel to Tulsa, Salina, and Wichita sites is required.

Qualifications

• Oversees collection operations and staff to meet targets.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
• Leads budgeting, resource planning and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor collections budget for regional sites.
• Manage mobile operations and coordinate cross‑department activities.
• Improve donor flow and donor experience in collaboration with Donor Recruitment.
• Coach and mentor supervisors and staff per policies and contracts.
• Ensure proper staffing, training, and regulatory compliance.
• May operate ARC vehicles and travel 25–30% to sites in the region.
• Support internal and external communication to foster teamwork.
• Participate in divisional and national projects.
