Ideal candidates will have strong customer service skills, a valid driver's license, and DOT certification, with basic computer proficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience and effective verbal communication skills required.
• A current, valid driver's license with good driving record required.
• DOT certification required; must pass applicable DOT physical and obtain medical certification for at least one year.

Responsabilités

• Connect with donors to explain the impact of their donation.
• Create a welcoming environment for volunteer donors.
• Ensure blood collection meets goals and regulatory requirements.
• May drive Red Cross vehicles and assist with setting up and tearing down equipment at donation sites.
