Job summary

Motorola Solutions, a leader in mission‑critical communications, seeks an experienced sales professional for the Video Security & Access Control group in the Northeast region. You will build relationships with Architects, Engineers, and Security Consultants to drive MSI product opportunities.

You will manage education sessions, create opportunities for the North American sales pipeline, and develop marketing plans aligned with target sector needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Sales experience in the Video Surveillance industry.
• 2+ Years Experience with A&E, Engineering, and Security Consulting firms (preferred).
• Experience selling in New Construction (Design-Bid-Build + Design-Build).

Responsibilities

• Create and drive relationships with Architects, Electrical Engineers, and Security Consultants in the Northeast region.
• Perform education Lunch and Learns and project meetings with accounts in the region.
• Find and create sales opportunities listing MSI products to contribute to the North American Sales Team's pipelines.
• Create and execute marketing plans targeting the assigned sector, including marketing campaigns, tradeshow events, sales tools, web resources, social media, and customer interactions as approved.
