Job summary

Amneal Pharmaceuticals LLC is seeking a Region Business Manager to lead the regional sales team, drive physician engagement, and execute territory plans to meet or exceed sales goals.

The RBM will coach Sales Representatives, recruit staff, ensure compliance with CSO/Amneal policies, and collaborate with marketing, analytics, and training to optimize field performance and product strategies across the assigned geography.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., marketing or business) required.
• MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Regional Business Manager sales activities to meet/exceed regional sales goals.
• Coach, direct, and mentor Sales Representatives; recruit and staff the region.
• Ensure compliance with CSO/Amneal policies and industry regulations.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Commercial Operations, and Training to develop regional tactical plans.
