Job summary

Syneos Health/ inVentiv Health Commercial LLC is seeking a Regional Business Director to lead a high-performing team focused on launching and commercializing oncology, rheumatology, and/or immunology portfolios. Reporting to the National Project Director, you will guide Key Account Managers and Associate Account Managers to drive access, adoption, and growth across regional networks and infusion centers.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred), 7+ years of pharma/life

Qualifications

• 7+ years of pharmaceutical or life sciences sales experience.
• 3–5 years of sales leadership in institutional, specialty, biologics, oncology, rheumatology, or hospital settings.
• Proven success recruiting and leading high-performing sales teams.
• Experience launching products in hospital, specialty, or institutional environments.
• Ability to travel up to 80%.

Responsibilities

• Lead account management team across community-focused networks, infusion centers, and key healthcare stakeholders.
• Recruit and hire KAMs for designated territories within the geography.
• Direct and develop team with training in product knowledge, contracting, market conditions, and brand strategy.
• Design and implement short- and long-term business plans to achieve commercial objectives and drive sales.
