Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Regional Business Director in Dallas to build and lead a high-performing team focused on launching and commercializing key therapies within oncology, rheumatology, and immunology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience.
• 3–5 years of sales leadership experience.
• Proven track record recruiting and leading high-performing teams.
• Launch leadership in hospital or institutional settings.
• Willingness to travel up to 80%.

Responsibilities

• Lead account management team across community-focused networks and infusion centers.
• Recruit and hire Key Account Managers for territories.
• Train team on product knowledge, contracting, market conditions, and brand strategy.
• Develop short and long-term business plans to hit commercial objectives.
• Drive promotional objectives through targeted marketing strategies.
