Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Regional Business Director to lead a high-performing account management team across a defined geography, focusing on the launch and commercialization of oncology, rheumatology, and immunology portfolios.

You will recruit and coach Key Account Managers and align business plans with product strategy to optimize access and growth. Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in pharma/life sciences sales and 3–5 years in sales leadership, plus strong collaboration across market

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum 7 years of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences sales experience.
Minimum 3–5 years of sales leadership experience, preferably in hospital, institutional, or biologics settings.
Experience launching products in hospital or specialty environments.

Responsibilities

Lead account management team across designated territories to drive adoption and sales.
Recruit, hire, and develop Key Account Managers for regional coverage.
Direct coaching, training on product knowledge, contracting, market conditions and brand strategy.
Design and execute short- and long-term plans to achieve commercial objectives.
Oversee budgeting, performance metrics, and field coaching to optimize ROI.
Collaborate with market access, marketing, medical affairs, and operations.
