Job summary

Tilray Brands, Inc. is seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive market growth by partnering with distributors, managing annual business plans, and promoting Tilray Beer brands.

Preference for candidates based in Birmingham, AL, Mobile, AL or Pensacola, FL, with a car allowance provided. In this role you will lead wholesaler performance, coordinate with marketing, and coach sales reps to achieve in-market activation, display execution, and distribution goals, while aligning with core brand

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in Wholesaler Management.
• 3-5 years of sales experience in both, distribution and supplier side.
• 3-5 years of experience managing a team to successful completion of goals.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Win at wholesaler management and drive performance reviews.
• Lead team to achieve distribution, depletions, and in-market execution targets.
• Coordinate with marketing to plan core brand initiatives and activations.
• Oversee ROI analysis of incentives and budget management.
