Tilray Brands, Inc. in Birmingham, AL seeks an Area Sales Manager to drive market growth with distributors and manage annual business plans for Tilray beer brands.

You will oversee wholesale operations, lead teams, and coordinate with marketing to execute brand initiatives and in-market activations. A 5–7 year background in wholesaler management and 3–5 years in sales leadership are required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Formación

• 5–7 years of experience in wholesaler management.
• 3–5 years of sales experience in distribution and supplier sides.
• 3–5 years of experience managing a team to hit goals.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and lead trimester ABP Scorecard Performance and Planning Review process.
• Oversee monthly business review and planning meetings.
• Lead teams to deliver on distribution, depletions, in-market execution, QA, POS standards, and budget management.
• Drive in-market activation and plan marketing initiatives with product launches and brand initiatives.
• Coach and develop sales reps; conduct Performance and Development Reviews every six months.
