Sugarland’s Distilling Company in the United States seeks a dynamic sales leader to service on- and off-premise accounts, expand distribution, and train distributors. The role includes setting up displays, hosting tastings, and growing presence in key retailers and restaurants.

You will collaborate with distributors, maintain relationships with customers, and conduct regular market visits. Expect about half your time on the road, 8–10 daily calls, and a focus on driving sales growth.

Formación

• Experience in wine/spirits distribution or related sales environment.
• Ability to build relationships with chain and broad-market accounts.
• Proactive, organized, and goal-oriented with a proven sales track record.
• Open to weekend hours and travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsabilidades

• Develop relationships with retail managers and educate on brands.
• Set up displays, POS materials, and host in-store tastings.
• Grow distribution in assigned territory and maintain key accounts.
• Coordinate with distributor reps and provide sales tools.
• Call on 8–10 accounts daily and travel as required.
