Job summary

Royal Cup, Inc. seeks a Regional Account Manager to retain and grow an assigned book of customers in Healthcare, Senior Living, Food & Beverage, and Hospitality. You will nurture relationships with buyers and decision-makers, using data to uncover growth opportunities across our beverage portfolio.

You will travel within an assigned territory, conduct growth conversations, and present new products to position Royal Cup as a preferred beverage partner. Proactive SKU expansion is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years in account management or sales with a track record of growing customer relationships.
• Proficiency in Power BI or similar data/reporting tools and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Be in market with accounts regularly, maintaining in-person presence with buyers and leaders.
• Engage stakeholders at each account and direct energy to decisions.
• Drive SKU expansion across the portfolio using Power BI to spot gaps.
• Use materials and product tools to lead growth conversations with customers.
• Develop and execute account growth plans identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Present new products and innovations as a beverage partner to each customer.
