Job summary

Royal Cup, Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Executive to drive new business growth across an assigned geography. This in-market role focuses on building relationships with decision-makers in Healthcare, Senior Living, Food & Beverage, and Hospitality, with substantial field time and travel.

You will develop deep fluency in the Royal Cup and Farmer Brothers value proposition and deliver compelling proposals. A track record of regional sales growth and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is required.
• 2–4 years of sales or related experience with track record of growth.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Spend most time in market, building relationships with prospects in person.
• Engage decision-makers (procurement, F&B Directors, GMs) to influence buying decisions.
• Develop fluency in Royal Cup and Farmer Brothers value proposition for target industries: Healthcare, Senior Living, F&B, Hospitality.
• Share concrete examples of value delivered to customers in each target segment.
• Anchor meetings with prepared content using sales materials and sector enablement content.
• Pursue and close competitive opportunities with a disciplined approach and compelling proposals.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline in the CRM and hand off closed accounts to the Regional Account Manager.
