Job summary

LG Energy Solution Vertect, Inc. is seeking an Area Service Manager to lead multi-site BESS service operations across a regional portfolio. You will own area-level KPIs, drive availability, safety, and reliability, and coordinate field teams to deliver contractual commitments.

The role requires strong leadership, experience with CRM and monitoring platforms, and up to 30% travel. You will partner with Engineering, Warranty, and Commercial teams to optimize performance and ensure customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years managing technical teams.
• 5–8+ years in renewable energy, power systems, or BESS operations.
• Experience managing multiple sites or geographically distributed teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver area-level service KPIs, including contractual availability, PM compliance, response time, safety, and cost.
• Monitor performance across all sites and identify risks and trends.
• Develop and drive recovery plans for underperforming sites, including escalation management.
• Lead and manage multiple site-based teams, optimize labor allocation and staffing across sites.
• Oversee compliance with maintenance programs, OEM guidelines, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Warranty, Commercial, and Project Management to resolve issues.
