LG Energy Solution Vertech, Inc. seeks an Area Service Manager to lead multi-site BESS service operations across a regional portfolio. You will own contractual KPIs, drive safety, availability and reliability, and optimize resources and workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Power, or Energy Engineering (or equivalent).
• 5+ years managing technical teams.
• 5–8+ years in renewable energy, power systems, or BESS operations.
• Experience managing multiple sites or geographically distributed teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsabilités

• Own and deliver area-level service KPIs, including availability, PM compliance, response time, safety, and service quality.
• Monitor performance across sites and identify risks and underperformance.
• Develop and drive recovery plans for underperforming sites and escalation management.
• Lead multiple site-based teams and optimize labor allocation.
• Ensure consistent service standards and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Warranty, Commercial, and Project Management to resolve issues.
• Manage vendor performance and service delivery with escalations as needed.
• Drive lessons learned and implement design-for-serviceability improvements.
• Provide input into cost management, forecasting, and service planning.
