Job summary

ENMASE Group is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive sales across the South of England for its intelligent home energy storage and smart energy products. The role focuses on building relationships with wholesalers, installers and trade customers, developing territory plans, and delivering revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, territory sales or account management.
• Ability to build credible commercial relationships at different organisational levels.
• Proven track record of developing new business while managing existing accounts.
• Translate customer needs into relevant commercial solutions and close opportunities.
• Plan sales activity and manage a regional pipeline with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a structured sales plan for the South of England.
• Build new relationships with wholesalers, installers and other trade customers.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts to increase sales and long-term value.
• Negotiate commercial terms and progress opportunities through to a close.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide weekly progress updates.
• Collaborate with sales, technical and operations teams to deliver strong customer experience.
• Represent the business professionally at meetings and industry events.
• Travel regularly across the South of England and maintain knowledge of battery storage/renewable energy markets.
