Job summary

Huntington Bank is seeking a Regional Banking Sales and Service Coordinator in Fort Worth to onboard new regional customers and manage ongoing relationships for portfolios from $2 million to $50 million in annual sales. The role emphasizes cross-sell and delivering a Simply the Best customer experience.

You will support bankers in portfolio management, complete loan due diligence, and ensure timely renewals while coordinating relationship plans and online banking onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales/finance.
• Minimum 2 years of sales in financial services or credit.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist bankers in managing their portfolio of customers with $2 million to $50 million in annual sales.
• Coordinate the due diligence and document gathering necessary to get new and renewal loans documented and closed.
• Ensure renewals are completed on a timely basis.
• Pipeline management and ensuring financial statements are collected on time.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships using a relationship plan/model.
• Coordinate with bankers and partners to prepare Relationship Plans for each customer.
• Manage NSF/OD items and coordinate resolution with bankers and customers.
• Handle post-loan requests such as advances, payments, payoff, and research.
• Assist customers with onboarding and maintenance of online banking platforms.
• Ensure regional banking incident is submitted to Incident team for suspected fraudulent transactions.
• Connect customers to appropriate teams for bank products.
• Maintain knowledge of products, systems, policies, and procedures.
• Identify, assess, and manage risk and adhere to policy and procedure acknowledgements.
• Assist in onboarding and training of new SSC colleagues.
