Job summary

Retail Region 2 Administration is seeking a Regional Service Associate who will float to bank branches within a region, performing combined customer service and teller duties. You will open deposits, process loans, handle ATM/ITM transactions, and refer customers to other bank lines while building lasting relationships.

The role combines sales and service across locations, with travel required and emphasis on serving customers in their home geography.

Qualifications

• Must work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Outgoing self-starter, technically literate.

• Ability to learn the bank's products and services quickly.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Performs the duties of both customer service representative and teller.
• Travel to various branch locations within the Region.
• Open deposit accounts and process loan applications.
• Close loans and process ATM/ITM/ICOM transactions.
• Refer customers to other bank lines and partners.
• Proactively engage high-value customers to grow the portfolio.
• Ensure compliance with policies and handle daily account maintenance.
