Job summary

Fifth Third Bank seeks a Regional President to provide leadership and direction across the region, aligning with strategic priorities and initiatives. The role oversees profitability, talent development, and cross-LOB collaboration to drive growth and customer satisfaction.

You will manage multi-division teams, engage with community and government partners, and ensure risk controls while delivering strong financial results and strategic initiatives in Nashville and surrounding markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years sales leadership experience.
• BA or BS degree required; MBA preferred.
• Demonstrated community involvement and participation.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.
• Knowledge of all divisions within the Bancorp preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for planning, implementation, and control of the region’s objectives and goals.
• Establish and maintain relations with community, businesses, and agencies.
• Lead regional divisions and drive profitability and business development.
• Review financial and operating statements and analyze performance.
• Recruit and develop local talent; manage succession planning.
• Provide timely, candid feedback and develop employees.
