Job summary

Fifth Third Bank in Nashville, TN, is seeking a Financial Center Manager in a structured on-boarding program. You will rotate through Operations, Sales & Service, Lending, Small Business, and Management to prepare for a Financial Center role.

You will build deep consumer and business relationships, understand products and processes, and lead a team to deliver strong customer experiences across channels. Successful candidates will join a comprehensive training track.

Qualifications

• College degree or two years or more of leadership experience in a sales environment.
• Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in verbal and written communication.
• Capable of analyzing credit and financial information.
• Ability to successfully execute and coach sales activities.
• Exhibits business acumen and sound decision making.

Responsibilities

• Complete FCMA roadmap and onboarding activities, including Consultative Selling Skills Certification.
• Deepen Consumer and Small Business relationships by delivering a memorable customer experience.
• Learn and apply Fifth Third products, services, processes, and resources to guide and lead the team.
• Develop and execute an integrated book of business with Financial Needs Assessments for clients.
