Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Business or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years Commercial Banking experience.
• 9 years of relationship account management experience preferred.
• Formalized commercial credit training or equivalent credit experience required.
• Underwriting experience preferred.
• Proven ability to analyze financial statements to determine credit decisions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop profitable new client relationships by leveraging centers of influence and referrals.
• Grow long-term, profitable 'lead left' relationships and deepen existing ones.
• Collaborate with Fifth Third internal partners to tailor relationship strategies.
• Attend community or industry events to broaden networks and knowledge of market trends.
• Meet with clients to develop and monitor relationship strategies and credit solutions.
• Lead client-facing activities including credit support, treasury management, and capital markets.
• Utilize CRM to track activity, calls, and pipelines; ensure detailed documentation.
