Job summary

Valley Bank is seeking a District Executive to lead 15-17 retail branches within a defined region across multiple communities. You will drive sales, deposits, client acquisition and customer experience through strong leadership and a disciplined performance culture.

The role requires 7+ years in branch management or related managerial roles with heavy B2B sales focus. Bachelor's degree preferred; FIS/IBS experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and minimum 7 years of branch management/related managerial experience with business clientele.
• Demonstrated prior experience in business-to-business sales and sales management.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience with FIS/IBS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance, growth and sales of 15-17 retail branches within an assigned region.
• Coach and develop Branch Managers to drive consistency and excellence.
• Lead recruitment, development, and succession planning for the region.
• Ensure CRA obligations are met and drive customer-centric culture across branches.
• Monitor sales metrics and manage expenses while maximizing revenue opportunities.
