City National Bank is seeking a Relationship Manager SR I to acquire and manage small business and personal relationships across a broad national geography. The role emphasizes collaboration with RBC USWM Financial Advisors to deliver CNB capabilities and provide tailored financial guidance.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of direct sales and financial institution experience, with a strong focus on client service, risk-aware decision making, and cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of direct sales experience required.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a financial institution required.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and facilitate new small business and personal relationships while managing a portfolio of existing clients to achieve sales goals (deposits, lending and fee income).
• Develop a defined strategy for engaging RBC USWM Financial Advisors for client introductions and education.
• Manages a portfolio of existing clients and deepens relationships through cross-selling with RBC USWM Financial Advisor and SME colleagues.
• Deliver an exceptional and consistent client experience, meeting needs and resolving escalations.
• Capture client needs, draw insights from data, and provide sound financial advice.
