Job summary

Huntington in Buffalo Grove is seeking an Area Customer Experience Specialist to deliver frontline support across multiple branches. You will process customer transactions, educate on deposits and loans, and promote digital banking tools while resolving issues and delivering exemplary service.

The role requires flexibility to travel between branches in the region, reliable transportation, and at least 1 year of customer service or branch banking experience; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in banking products and services is highly valued.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage across branches for customer transactions and needs.
