Job summary

The candidate will supervise branch staff, coordinate compliance training, and partner with support departments to implement corporate policies. A proven record in banking operations and people leadership is required.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or managerial experience in a financial institution with working knowledge of budgeting techniques.
• Experience with compliance issues and operational procedures.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed regional goals for deposits and loans.
• Monitor NIE and NII monthly analyses.
• Support branches with staffing and service excellence.
• Review and approve employee expenses and lead region meetings.
• Ensure audits/branch reviews are satisfactory and policy-compliant.
