Fishfa Agri World Ltd. is seeking an Area Sales Manager (B2B) to lead sales operations across major metropolitan regions in India. The role focuses on building dealer and distributor networks, driving revenue, and expanding market presence.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dealer/distributor management, channel leadership, and a proven ability to meet sales targets in a competitive FMCG environment. Travel across the territory is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 10+ years of relevant B2B or territory sales experience.
• In-depth knowledge of dealer/distributor network management.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage a sales region with minimal supervision.
• Strong track record of achieving sales growth and revenue targets.

Aufgaben

• Build, manage, and nurture relationships with dealers and distributors in the assigned region.
• Appoint new dealers/distributors to expand market reach.
• Drive sales processes to consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets.
• Conduct daily market visits and submit territory performance reports.
• Ensure weekly follow-ups with channel partners for order placement and sales tracking.
• Execute regional sales and marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and competitiveness.
• Provide hands-on sales support and training to dealers/distributors as required.
