You will build relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, and commercial real estate leaders to become their first call when disasters strike.

• 2+ years of outbound B2B sales or business development experience.
• Advanced computer literacy: CRM fluency, mobile apps, digital marketing tools, and AI technology.
• Flexible schedule for occasional after-hours networking events or emergency response calls.

Responsibilities

• Drive New Business: Prospect, cold-call, network, and hunt down new commercial and residential restoration leads.
• Build a Network: With key industry players (BOMA, IFMA, local trade groups, insurance associations).
• Leverage Modern Tech: Use CRM tools, mobile apps, and AI platforms to streamline outreach and exceed quotas.
• Develop and execute territory sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
• Represent Rainbow Restoration at local networking events, trade shows, and community functions.
• Track sales activity, pipeline, and performance metrics using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with operations and production teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
