Rainbow Restoration of Mid Central Valley & Sacramento is seeking a driven Business Development & Sales professional to own a growing territory in the Modesto/Stockton region. You will build relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, and CRE leaders to become the go-to restoration partner.

Expect a fast-paced role with uncapped earning potential, a tech-forward selling approach, and opportunities for advancement in a rapidly expanding market.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outbound B2B sales or business development experience.
• Hunter mindset with a history of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Tech & AI savvy; proficient with CRMs and sales apps.

Responsibilities

• Drive New Business: Prospect, cold-call, network, and hunt new commercial/residential restoration leads.
• Build a network with industry players (BOMA, IFMA, local trade groups, insurance associations).
• Leverage modern tech: CRMs, mobile apps, and AI platforms to streamline prospecting and outreach.
• Develop and execute territory sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
• Represent Rainbow Restoration at local networking events and trade shows.
• Track sales activity, pipeline, and performance metrics using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with operations and production teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
