Job summary

Team Velocity Marketing, LLC is seeking a Regional Account Director to drive growth for automotive dealerships across the CENTRAL U.S. region (KS, MO, OK).

This remote field role requires collaborating with dealer principals and marketing leaders to craft data-driven strategies that increase vehicle sales, service revenue, and ROI. You will analyze KPI data, present results, and lead the rollout of Team Velocity products to new clients while building strong executive relationships and ensuring

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in automotive digital marketing or SaaS.
• Experience in client-facing, account management or strategy roles.
• Strong automotive digital marketing knowledge (websites, paid media, lead gen).
• Ability to turn data into marketing recommendations.
• Excellent presentation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted marketing advisor to automotive dealership clients.
• Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies focused on sales, service, retention, and ROI.
• Analyze KPIs including traffic, leads, cost per lead, engagement, conversion, and sales attribution.
• Present performance results and actionable recommendations to dealer leadership.
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign, website, and lead performance.
• Launch and implement Team Velocity products, services, and strategies with new clients.
• Build strong client relationships that drive retention, satisfaction, and account growth.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
