Job summary

Team Velocity Marketing is seeking a Regional Account Director to partner with automotive dealerships across the CENTRAL U.S. region (KS, MO, OK).

You’ll craft data-driven digital marketing strategies, analyze performance, and present results to dealership leaders to improve sales, service revenue, and ROI. In this remote field role, you’ll launch Team Velocity products, build executive relationships with principals and GMs, and travel as needed to regions across the territory.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in automotive digital marketing or related fields.
• Client-facing, consultative account management experience.
• Strong data-driven marketing analysis skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel regionally and nationally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted marketing advisor to automotive dealership clients.
• Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies to boost sales, service, ROI.
• Analyze KPIs: traffic, leads, cost per lead, engagement, conversion, attribution.
• Present performance results and actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Identify opportunities to improve campaigns, websites, and leads.
• Launch and implement Team Velocity products with new clients.
• Build strong client relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Coordinate with Client Services, Production, and internal teams for campaigns.
• Conduct dealership visits, business reviews, and training as needed.
