Job summary

Team Velocity is seeking a Regional Account Director to partner with automotive dealerships across the US, translating data into actionable growth strategies that increase sales and ROI.

This remote field role focuses on advisory leadership, performance reporting, and driving adoption of Apollo® platform solutions while traveling regionally as needed. A track record in automotive digital marketing and strong executive communication are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in automotive digital marketing, automotive retail, automotive media, advertising, or SaaS.
• Experience in a client-facing, consultative, account management, or marketing strategy role.
• Strong understanding of automotive digital marketing including websites, paid media, lead generation, conversion, and retention.
• Data-driven approach with ability to develop marketing recommendations.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel regionally and nationally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted marketing advisor to automotive dealership clients.
• Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies focused on sales, service, retention, and ROI.
• Analyze KPIs: traffic, leads, CPL, engagement, conversion, attribution.
• Present performance results and actionable recommendations to dealer leadership.
• Launch and implement Team Velocity products and services with new clients.
• Build strong client relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Coordinate with Client Services, Production, and teams for campaign execution.
• Conduct dealership visits, business reviews, and training as needed.
