Job summary

Team Velocity Marketing is seeking a Regional Account Director to partner with automotive dealerships across the greater mid-western triangle (Dayton, OH; Indianapolis, IN; Louisville, KY). This remote field-based role focuses on data-driven strategies to improve sales, service revenue and ROI.

You will present insights to dealer leadership, manage campaigns with internal teams, and travel regionally as needed to drive account growth and retention.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in automotive digital marketing, automotive retail, media, advertising or SaaS.
• Experience in client-facing, consultative account management or strategy roles.
• Strong data-driven approach to marketing recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to automotive dealership clients.
• Develop data-driven digital marketing strategies focusing on sales, service, retention and ROI.
• Analyze KPIs like traffic, leads, CPL, engagement, conversions and attribution.
• Present performance results and actionable recommendations to dealer leadership.
• Launch and implement Team Velocity products and services with new clients.
• Build strong client relationships to drive retention and growth.
