Job summary

Team Velocity Marketing, LLC is seeking a Regional Account Director for automotive digital marketing to serve dealerships in the greater Milwaukee market. This remote field position combines strategy, analytics, and relationship building to drive growth.

You will partner with dealer principals and marketing leaders to develop data-driven strategies that increase vehicle sales, service revenue, retention, and ROI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in automotive digital marketing or related fields.
• Experience in a client-facing, consultative, account management, or marketing strategy role.
• Strong understanding of websites, paid media, lead generation, conversion, and retention in automotive.
• Ability to translate data into actionable marketing recommendations.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory and nationally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted marketing advisor to automotive dealership clients.
• Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies focused on sales, service, retention, and ROI.
• Analyze KPIs including traffic, leads, cost per lead, engagement, conversion, and sales attribution.
• Present performance results and actionable recommendations to dealer leadership.
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign, website, and lead performance.
• Launch and implement Team Velocity products, services, and strategies with new clients.
• Build strong client relationships that drive retention, satisfaction, and account growth.
• Partner with Client Services, Production, and other internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
• Conduct dealership visits, business reviews, and training as needed.
